Publish Arkadelphia’s yearly water-loss rate

To: the Arkadelphia City Board of Directors

Water that leaks or goes unbilled was already pumped and treated. Arkadelphia has not published how much of its water is lost (Docket #12). We ask the city to publish its water-loss rate every year.

When it reaches the goal it’s handed to the officials named above at a public meeting, and their answer is posted online. This is a petition to your elected officials — like the clipboard at the courthouse door. It does not put anything on the ballot; in Arkansas and most states that takes ink signatures from registered voters. Names are never shown publicly. County Commons — an independent, nonpartisan public-records project.
